Spring has sprung! It is an amazing time of the year, even with a little sleet and hail surprise added into the mix this year. What a beautiful chaos! However, many people suffer from seasonal allergy symptoms during this time and they were the topic of my most recent newsletter.

The key to fighting the symptoms is to build up resistance prior to allergy season. This can be accomplished with regular shorter treatments, and/or immune building herbal therapies and is the basis for our March Special.
