Acupuncture - with Lara Dilkes L.Ac.

New Patients

90 minutes - $100
Includes new patient consultation, exam and treatment.

Established Patients

30 minutes - $40
A shorter treatment for those limited on time.

60 minutes - $75
This includes the interviewe and acupuncture.

90 minutes - $95
An extended acupuncture treatment, this includes interview, and 30 additional minutes of moxa, cupping, electro depending of patients needs.


Massage - with Krissy Lindquist LMT

Cupping
30 minutes of focused cupping - $40
Great for onset of a cold, or sore muscles or chronic pain. Volunteering to get poked with needles brings up fear for some poeple, so cupping can be a great way to expericence chinese medicine and work up the guts to get some acupuncture.

Combination Treatments
We highly recommend combining our services, so we have put together some combination treatments for you to choose from.

  •   Pain Relief Treatment #1 ~ Our signature treatment!
One hour of acupuncture followed by 30 minutes of massage ~ $105
Great for those with musculoskeletal pain. We focus on treating the root cause of the pain and relieving pain with acupuncture, then follow it up with massage to further release and relax the muscles.

  •   Pain Relief Treatment #2
One hour of massage, followed by 30 minutes of acupuncture. ~ $100
Great for those who just can't seem to relax for acupuncture. Shiatsu massage to open up the meridians and relax the muscles of the body and the nervous system, then 30 minutes of acupuncture to further release muscles and sustain pain relief.

All AcuSpa Specials are 90 minutes ~ $120 each.

Sample Program -
Initial visit $105
Usually takes about 3-5 follow up sessions depending on the patient -
$40 per 30 min session, $75 per one hour session.
Herbal therapy - varies, but is usually less than $20 per bottle that lasts around 10 days.
All other therapies are utilized during the treatments, and we can schedule an hour session here and there to address those as they come up.
