This wonderfully easy stir fry is a fav in our home.. we substitute tofu or chicken for the protein and it's just as delish. The ginger is warming and soothing for the belly and one of the most common herbs used in Chinese Herbal Medicine!
Ingredients:
Heat peanut oil in a large skillet. Stir in broccoli florets and garlic. Pour water or chicken broth over the top. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is slightly tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook just until the shrimp are cooked through. About 5 minutes. Serve over warm brown rice sprinkled with sesame seeds and Braggs Amino Acids for the yummy salty flavor.
