Cook fava beans in saucepan of boiling salted water 2 min. Drain. Cool beans, peel if needed- cover and chill (can be made 1 day ahead) Mis 2 tsp mint, 1 tsp citrus peel, salt and pinch of pepper. Rub mixture over fish and place on baking sheet. Cover and chill. Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet. Add fava beans, sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook until heated through and tender (5 min). Mash with potato masher into puree adding water if necessary.
Brown fish until golden (4 min each side).
Warm fava puree adding additional mint, citrus peel and 3 tbsp olive oil.
The cooked fish with the citrus allergy remedy for combatting allergy symptoms! Or, just because it’s good!

Puree first nine ingredients until smooth, add bit of olive oil. Boil Soba noodles in large pot of salted water. Rinse with cold water. Cut length wise. Place greens, bok choy, cucumber, green onions, cilantro and mint in large bowl. Add noodles and dressing, nuts and serve!
If you want to go with a more salad like dish we could throw some ingredients together and call it your own like:
Grilled salmon, halibut or fresh fish, grated grape fruit peel, peeled, sliced grapefruit, mixed greens- spinach, kale, chard, almonds or avocado.
